Catalytic performance and kinetics of environment friendly catalysts for polyurethane
The catalytic effect, relative selectvity, feeding sequence of isooctoate bismuth, bismuth neodecanoate, bismuth tridecanoate, and zinc isooctsnoate to reaction of isocyanate and hydroxyl group were studied by dibutyltin dilaurate. The reaction kinetics of different catalysts were studied. The results show that the reaction rates of four environmentally friendly catalyst are different, and there are two reaction stages. At 60℃,the catalytic effect of bismuth tridecanoate at the first stage is better, and the catalytic effect of isooctoate bismuth is better at the second stage. Some catalytic properties of four environmentally friendly catalysts are revealed by calculating the activation energy, activation enthalpy and activation entropy of different reaction catalyst systems.
