将自制脲醛树脂包覆的环氧树脂微胶囊添加到环氧树脂基体中,制备了环氧树脂自修复复合材料.采用锥形双悬臂梁法分析了环氧树脂微胶囊的粒径、用量、制备方法对环氧树脂/环氧树脂微胶囊复合材料自修复效率的影响,观察了其自修复过程,揭示了自修复机理.结果表明:采用二步法制备的微胶囊,在微胶囊粒径为97~150 μm,用量为15%(w)时,复合材料的自修复效率达到最大,为104.7%.
Effect of urea-formaldehyde resin-coated epoxy resin microcapsules on self-healing properties of resin
The self-healing epoxy resin composites were prepared by adding homemade urea-formaldehyde resin-coated epoxy ethyl acetate microcapsules to the epoxy resin matrix.The effects of particle size,dosage and preparation method of the epoxy resin microcapsules on the self-healing efficiency of the epoxy resin/epoxy microcapsules were tested by the conical double cantilever beam method to observe the self-healing process and reveal the self-healing mechanism.The results show that the self-healing efficiency of the composites reaches the maximum of 104.7%when the microcapsule particle size is 97-150 μm and the mass fraction of the microcapsules is 15%prepared by the two-step method.
