Pilot development of meltblown metallocene polypropylene
The metallocene polypropylene MPH1500Y meltblown special material was developed with metallocene polypropylene catalyst on a 75 kg/h Spheripol polypropylene pilot plant.The processing application research of meltblown nonwoven fabric was carried out,and the properties of the electret-treated meltblown nonwoven fabric was analyzed.The results show that the melt flow rate of MPH1500Y is about 1 500 g/10 min and its molecular weight distribution is 2.9.The meltblown material performs excellently in spinnability,spraying,web formation and winding.The fiber structure of meltblown fabric is fluffy,uniform and slender,and the addition of electret masterbatch effectively improves the filtration efficiency and accelerated aging performance of meltblown nonwoven fabric after electrostatic electret treatment.
