A new method for quantitative detection of polymer additives based on AFM-IR
A quantitative detection method for trace additives in polymers was established based on the atomic force microscopy-infrared spectroscopy(AFM-IR)detection platform. The proportion of high-light points and the average signal intensity at different infrared absorption wavelengths were statistically analyzed by characterizing polypropylene samples with different concentrations of antioxidant 168.The standard curve of antioxidant concentration was successfully drawn with a high fitting degree of 0.996 7.This method can be used for detecting different additives in unknown samples.
