摘要

在Hostalen ACP高密度聚乙烯装置上成功开发了管材专用耐热聚乙烯P4406R2.采用万能材料试验机、差示扫描量热仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪等对市面上主流的耐热聚乙烯与P4406R2进行了表征.结果表明:P4406R2具有优异的力学性能和耐热性能,高相对分子质量部分含量多且相对分子质量分布较宽,既可生产地暖管等小口径管材,又能生产热力管道等大口径管材.

Abstract

Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance(PE-RT)for pipes,P4406R2 was developed in high density polyethylene plant which applies Hostalen ACP technology.P4406R2 and market-avai lable PE-RT resins were characterized by universal material testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,and gel permeation chromatography.The results show that P4406R2 performs excellently in mechanical and heat-resistance,it contains more high molecular weight sections and owns wider molecular weight distribution,which enable it to be processed into both small caliber pipes for floor heating and big caliber pipes for heat supply.
