综述了透明聚丙烯(PP)用山梨醇缩醛类成核剂(SANA)的发展历程及成本控制.SANA已经发展到第4代.通过接枝改性,国内开发了系列山梨醇缩醛接枝无机物的新型成核剂,接枝改性成核剂的最大特点是既能提高PP的透明性,又能提高PP的力学性能.降低成核剂的原料成本、生产成本及三废处理成本是降低成核剂成本的主要途径.
Technological innovation and cost management of SANA
The technological innovation and cost management of transparent sorbitol acetal nucleating agent(SANA)for polypropylene(PP)is reviewed.SANA has been developed into the fourth generation.A series of new nucleating agents for sorbitol acetal grafting inorganic substances have been developed through grafting modification in China.The biggest feature of grafting modified nucleating agents is that they can improve not only the transparency of PP,but also the mechanical properties of PP.The main way to reduce the costs of nucleating agent is to reduce the cost of raw materials,production costs and wastes treatment costs.
