Preparation and properties of high-performance modified EVA/CPE adhesive film
Ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)/chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)blend was prepared via melt blending with tert butyl peroxide carbonate-2-ethylhexyl acrylate as the crosslinking agent, triallyl isocyanurate as auxiliary crosslinking agent and KH-570 as coupling agent. It was molded and cured to obtain the modified EVA/CPE film which was characterized. The results show that when the mass fraction of CPE is 25%,the melting point of the modified film is slightly lower than that of pure EVA,and the tensile strength of the film is also slightly reduced. The melt flow rate of the blend is 16.1 g/10 min,the crosslinking degree of the film is 90.2%,and the peel strength between the film and polyvinyl fluoride composite film is above 100 N/cm,all of which meet the basic requirements of packaging materials for solar cell modules.
