Copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene and its copolymers
The copolymerization of ethylene and 1-hexene was carried out in a 1 L polymerization reactor,whose kinetics and reactivity ratio,structure and properties of the copolymer were studied.The series and parallel processes were simulated.The results show that 1-hexene performs excellently in copolymerization ability and hydrogen modulation sensitivity with a stable copolymerization process and copolymer particle morphology.The physical properties of ethylene-1-hexene copolymer are basically equivalent to those of the reference sample,while its melting enthalpy,crystallization enthalpy,and 1-hexene content are slightly higher.
