TiO2-PDA核壳结构及TiO2-PDA/硅胶复合材料的制备

将多巴胺单体在纳米TiO2粒子表面聚合,形成TiO2-聚多巴胺(PDA)核壳结构,与硅胶(SR)共混制备了TiO2-PDA/SR复合材料,并研究了其结构与性能.结果表明:使用多巴胺单体增加了TiO2的分散性与相容性;PDA包覆的TiO2粒子分散性明显提升,形成了较为清晰的核壳结构;PDA稳定且牢固地自聚在纳米TiO2粒子外层,不易脱落;TiO2-PDA/SR复合材料的起始分解温度从450.44℃提升到468.01℃,复合材料微观形貌呈海-岛结构.
Preparation of TiO2-PDA core-shell structure and TiO2-PDA/silicone rubber composites
The dopamine monomers were polymerized on the surface of nano-titanium dioxide particles to form TiO2-polydopamine(PDA)core-shell structure which was blended with silicon rubber(SR)to prepare TiO2-PDA/SR composites,whose structure and properties were observed.The results show that the introduction of dopamine monomer increases the dispersion and compatibility of TiO2.The dispersion of TiO2 particle coated with PDA is significantly improved,a relatively clear core-shell structure is formed.PDA is stably and firmly self-polymerized on the outer layer of nano-TiO2 particle,which is not easy to fall off.The initial decomposition temperature of TiO2-PDA/SR is increased from 450.44℃to 468.01℃,and the microstructure of the composites is sea-island structure.
