纳米纤维织物的热舒适性能研究

采用纳米纤维与纯棉纤维制备了5种织物,测试了其芯吸性能、导湿性能、透气性能及干燥性能.结果表明:纳米纤维织物的导湿、透湿、干燥性能好于纯棉织物;采用质量比为80∶20的异型截面的纳米纤维与纯棉纤维制备的织物具有更好的热湿舒适性.
Study on thermal comfort of nanofiber fabrics
Five types of fabrics were prepared with nano fibers and pure cotton fibers,whose core absorption performance,moisture conductivity,breathability,and drying performance were tested.The results show that the moisture conductivity,permeability,and drying performance of nanofiber fabrics are better than those of pure cotton fabrics.The fabric prepared with nano fibers and pure cotton fibers in a mass ratio of 80∶20 performs better in thermal and wet comfort.
