石墨烯的制备方法及其应用研究进展

综述了石墨烯的制备方法及其应用研究进展.石墨烯可以采用剥离法、化学气相沉积法、碳化硅外延生长法等方法制备.石墨烯可制备透明导电电极;以氧化铜箔为衬底,利用低压化学气相沉积法能够制备大晶畴石墨烯薄膜;以功能化石墨烯为原料添加其他组分可以制备导电导热性能优异的导电胶;使用芳香胺基分子与氧化石墨烯纳米片交联,并于高温还原残余含氧官能团,得到高导电高导热的石墨烯薄膜,可以制备定向柔性导热材料;低交联型聚丙烯酸钠盐中添加纳米氧化石墨烯及偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐、N-甲基丙烯酞胺可以制备相变储能材料.
Research progress on preparation methods and applications of graphene
This article reviews the preparation methods and application of graphene.Graphene can be prepared by exfoliation,chemical vapor deposition,and silicon carbide epitaxial growth.Graphene can be used to prepare transparent conductive electrodes.Large domain graphene films can be prepared via low-pressure chemical vapor deposition with copper oxide foil as the substrate.Adding other components to functional graphene can prepare conductive adhesives with excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity.High conductivity and high thermal conductivity graphene films can be obtained by crosslinking aromatic amine molecules with graphene oxide nanosheets and reducing residual oxygen-containing functional groups at high temperatures,which can be used to prepare directional flexible thermal conductive materials.Nano graphene oxide,azodiisobutymidine hydrochloride,and N-methylpropenylphthalamine can be added to low cross-linked sodium polyacrylate to prepare phase change energy storage materials.
