聚氨酯弹性纤维面料在服装设计中的应用研究进展

摘要
综述了聚氨酯弹性纤维(氨纶)干法纺丝的工艺、氨纶性能的改进方法以及多功能氨纶面料的制备方法及性能.聚氨酯溶液中加入有机钛抗静电剂及其他助剂通过干法纺丝可制备抗静电氨纶.将含有聚氨酯-脲的原液熟化后添加抗黄变助剂得到的纺丝原液通过干法纺丝可制备耐黄变氨纶.以氨纶长丝为芯纱,棉纱与改性聚丙烯腈纤维混纺作为外包纱制备了包芯纱线,织成的蜂巢组织面料吸湿发热效果良好.使用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液将氨基接枝在氨纶表面,浸入到羧基化多壁碳纳米管分散液中得到碳纳米管涂层氨纶,纺入针织物中可用于实时医疗保健监测的可穿戴应变传感器.
Abstract
This paper reviews the dry spinning process of polyurethane elastic fibers(spandex),methods for improving spandex properties,preparation methods and properties of multifunctional spandex fabrics.Antistatic spandex can be prepared by adding organic titanium antistatic agents and other additives to polyurethane solution through dry spinning.The spinning solution obtained by curing the solution containing polyurethane-urea and adding anti yellowing additives can be used to prepare anti yellowing spandex through dry spinning.Core-spun yarn is prepared by using spandex filament as the core yarn and cotton yarn mixed with modified polyacrylonitrile fiber as the outer yarn.The honeycomb tissue fabric woven performs excellently in moisture absorption and heat generation.Amino groups are grafted onto the surface of spandex with solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,and then immersed in carboxylated multi walled carbon nanotube dispersion to obtain carbon nanotube coated spandex,which is then spun into knitted fabric and used as a wearable strain sensor for real-time healthcare monitoring.
