以聚醚砜/银纳米线为有机柔性基材,聚吡咯为高分子导电介质制备了聚醚砜/银纳米线-聚吡咯柔性复合导电膜,并对该导电膜的结构和导电性能进行了测试与表征.结果表明:银纳米线、聚醚砜、聚吡咯的相容性良好,导电膜表面的主要成分为Ag,C,O,S,含量分别为59.7%,33.2%,2.8%,3.4%(w).聚吡咯含量为20%(w)时,复合导电膜电阻率为3.5 Ω·m,电导率为9.7 S/cm,交流电导率为2.7×10-5 S/m.通过对复合导电膜电化学阻抗谱的测试,选择制备导电膜的反应时间为3 h.
Preparation of silver nanowire-polypyrrole/polyethersulfone flexible composite conductive film
Polyethersulfone/silver nanowire was used as organic flexible substrate and polypyrrole as polymer conductive medium to prepare the silver nanowire-polypyrrole/polyethersulfone flexible composite conductive film.The structure and conductivity of the film were tested.The results show that the compatibility of silver nanowires,polyethersulfone and polypyrrole is good.The main components of the surface of conductive film are Ag(59.7%),C(33.2%),O(2.8%),and S(3.4%).When the mass fraction of polypyrrole is 20%,the resistivity of the composite conductive film is 3.5 Ω·m,its conductivity is 9.7 S/cm,and its AC conductivity is 2.7×10-5 S/m.Through the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test of the composite conductive film,the reaction time of the preparation of the conductive film is determined to be 3 h.
