两种铬系催化剂生产的小中空容器专用HDPE的性能

摘要
分别采用进口与国产铬系催化剂在Innovene S工艺装置上生产了小中空容器专用高密度聚乙烯HD5502W,利用凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法分析等对比了HD5502W的粒径、相对分子质量及其分布、力学性能等.结果表明:采用国产催化剂生产的HD5502W粉料粒径较大,分布更均匀集中;国产催化剂活性为3 400~3 600 kg/kg,每吨乙烯平均消耗1-己烯3.7 kg,共聚性能优于进口催化剂;采用国产催化剂制备的HD5502W的相对分子质量分布为9.50,大于进口催化剂(8.66),且当重均分子量大于1×105时,HD5502W大分子链段中的1-己烯含量明显较使用进口催化剂高,力学性能和加工性能优于采用进口催化剂.
Abstract
Imported and domestic chromium catalysts were used to produce high density polyethylene for small hollow container,HD5502W,whose particle size,relative molecular mass and distribution,mechanical properties were investigated by gel permeation chromatograph and differential scanning calorimeter.The experimental results show that the particle size of HD5502W powder produced by domestic catalyst is larger and more evenly concentrated than that of imported catalyst.The polymerization activity of domestic catalyst is about 3 400 to 3 600 kg/kg,the average consumption of 1-hexene is 3.7 kg,whose copolymerization performance is better than that of imported catalyst.The relative molecular mass distribution of HD5502W prepared by the domestic catalyst is 9.50,which is greater than 8.66 of the resin produced by the imported catalyst.When its weight average molecular weight is larger than 1×105,the content of 1-hexene in macromolecular chain section of HD5502W prepared by the domestic catalyst is obviously higher than that of the imported catalyst,and whose mechanical properties and processing performance are better than those of the resin prepared by the imported catalyst.
