摘要
针对高密度聚乙烯装置粉料输送螺杆压缩机入口保护过滤器细粉含量高、压缩机转子结垢,导致盘车困难、压缩机转子抱死等问题,结合装置实际工况,对螺杆压缩机结垢原因进行了分析并提出解决措施.结果表明:通过调整高密度聚乙烯装置工艺运行参数降低聚乙烯细粉含量,以及更换保护过滤器滤芯类型减少聚乙烯细粉通过量等措施,成功解决了螺杆压缩机转子结垢问题,保障了螺杆压缩机安全运行.
Abstract
The high fine powder content in the inlet protection filter of the screw compressor for powder conveying in high-density polyethylene unit and the scaling in the compressor rotor lead to difficulties in cranking and compressor rotor locking.The causes of scaling in the screw compressor were analyzed and solutions were offered based on the actual operating conditions of the unit.The results show that the scaling in the screw compressor rotor is successfully solved by adjusting the process operating parameters of the high-density polyethylene unit to reduce the content of polyethylene fine powder and replacing the protective filter to reduce the amount of polyethylene fine powder passing through,ensuring the safe operation of the screw compressor.
