摘要
综述了近年来基于镍催化剂催化乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)配位共聚制备乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)的最新研究进展.简要概括了从前过渡金属Ziegler-Natta催化剂,到茂金属催化剂,再到后过渡金属镍钯催化剂的发展历程.根据配体的种类对镍催化剂进行分类总结,包括[N,N]型、[N,O]型、[P,O]型、[N,P]型等二齿镍催化剂及[N,N,O]型三齿镍催化剂.后过渡金属镍催化剂因具有良好的极性单体耐受性,在催化乙烯与MA共聚取得了显著进展,通过开发新型镍催化剂实现乙烯与MA共聚制备EMA的工业化进程将越来越近.
Abstract
This paper reviews the latest research progress on preparation of ethylene-methyl acrylate(EMA)by nickel catalyst via coordination copolymerization of ethylene and methyl acrylate(MA).The development process of early transition metals of Ziegler-Natta catalysts,metallocene catalysts,and late transition metal nickel and palladium catalysts is described.The nickel catalysts are classified by the types of ligands,including bidentate nickel catalysts of[N,N]type,[N,O]type,[P,O]type,[N,P]type and tridentate nickel catalysts of[N,N,O]type.Significant progress has been made in catalyzing copolymerization of ethylene and MA with late transition metal nickel catalysts due to their excellent polar monomer tolerance.The industrialization of EMA by copolymerizing ethylene and MA through the development of new nickel catalyst will be closer.
