摘要
从紫外光(UV)固化光敏树脂主要原料组成的角度综述了近5年环氧树脂基UV固化光敏树脂、聚氨酯基UV固化光敏树脂、丙烯酸酯基UV固化光敏树脂的研究进展.按照3D打印目标产品的需要,根据UV引发机理的不同,合理选择和调配UV固化光敏树脂的配方,是UV固化光敏树脂发展的方向.
Abstract
The development of epoxy ultraviolet(UV)curable photosensitive resin,polyurethane UV curable photosensitive resin and acrylate UV curable photosensitive resin in recent 5 years is introduced in terms of the raw material composition of UV curable photosensitive resin.The formula of UV curable photosensitive resin can be reasonably selected and blended according to the requirements of target products for 3D printing and the mechanism of UV initiation,which is the development direction of UV curable photosensitive resin.
