综述了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的主要生产工艺以及在我国的生产研发历程.分析了2021年以来我国EVA的产能、产量、进出口量及消费量.EVA价格影响因素主要为国内外宏观经济、国家政策,以及光伏产业链结构调整.EVA生产需要加强技术创新和产品结构调整,满足国内光伏胶膜等高端市场的消费需求.
Abstract
This paper reviews the main production processes,and production research and development history of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)in China.It describes the production capacity,output,import and export volume,and consumption of EVA in China since 2021.The main factors affecting EVA prices are domestic and foreign macroeconomics,national policies,and adjustments to the structure of the photovoltaic industry chain.It needs to strengthen technological innovation and product structure adjustment for EVA production to meet the consumption needs of high-end markets such as domestic photovoltaic film.
