摘要
介绍了国产第五代非邻苯二甲酸酯内给电子体催化剂(简称非邻催化剂)SUG-H在400 kt/a Unipol工艺聚丙烯装置上的工业应用情况,考察了SUG-H型催化剂的聚合适应性及其产品性能.结果表明:由于SUG-H型催化剂使用非邻苯二甲酸酯内给电子体和特殊的制备工艺,因此组成、形貌、粒径及其分布与参比催化剂相差较大;使用SUG-H型催化剂时,装置运行平稳,催化剂的氢调敏感性好,活性高;聚丙烯粉料堆密度适中,粒径分布窄,粒子形态好且细粉含量低,特别适合用于Unipol工艺聚丙烯装置.
Abstract
Application of the domestic 5th generation non-phthalic acid ester(PAEs)catalyst,SUG-H,in a 400 kt/a Unipol polypropylene process was introduced.The adaptability of SUG-H catalyst and product properties it produces were evaluated.The results show that due to the non-PAEs internal donor and special production method,the composition,morphology,particle size and distribution of SUG-H catalyst are quite different from those of the reference catalyst.The unit operates stable when SUG-H catalyst is applied,and the catalyst has good hydrogen response and high activity.The polymer powder has a medium bulk density,narrow particle size distribution,good morphology and very low fines,which is perfect for Unipol PP process.
