摘要
研究了冰箱专用气相法耐低温抗冲共聚聚丙烯K6810的性能,并与进口同类产品进行了对比.结果表明:K6810机械强度高、低温抗冲击性能优异,可用于耐低温环境制品;K6810中乙烯、橡胶相含量控制合理,橡胶相中乙烯与丙烯形成交替共聚或小嵌段无规序列结构比例高,橡胶相质量优良,有效地提高了K6810的冲击强度;K6810熔体在充模过程中体积变化率较小,注射制品的尺寸稳定性更好,同时K6810的流变性能与进口同类产品接近,在注射成型时无需对加工工艺进行大的调整.
Abstract
The properties of cryogenic impact resistant copolymerized polypropylene K6810 for refrigerator made via gas phase method were observed and compared with similar imported products.The results show the high mechanical strength and excellent impact resistance at low temperature of K6810 makes it suitable for cryogenic product.The reasonably contrlled contents of ethylene and rubber phase in K6810,the high proportion of ethylene and propylene in rubber phase forming alternating copolymerization or small block random sequence structure and excellent quality of rubber phase improve the impact strength of K6810 effectively.K6810 has smaller volume deformation and better dimensional stability in the process of melt filling,and its rheological property is close to that of imported samples,therefore it's not necessary to adjust the process during injection molding.
