聚丙烯/聚丁烯共混改性研究进展

摘要
综述了聚丙烯(PP)/聚丁烯(PB)共混物的相容性、相形态、结晶行为、流变行为和力学性能的研究进展,并对PP/PB共混物的研究方向进行了展望.基于相似的化学组成和加工条件,以及PB良好的抗冲击性能和耐低温性能,采用PB改性的PP在管材料、医疗用品、热封绝缘等领域具有应用潜力,且有待进一步研究.
Abstract
The research progress on compatibility,phase morphology,crystallization behavior,rheological behavior and mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP)/polybutene(PB)blends is reviewed.The research direction of PP/PB blends is prospected.PP modified by PB which has similar chemical composition and processing conditions and performs excellently in impact and low temperature resistance shows potential application in pipe materials,medical supplies,and heat sealing insulation and needs further research.
