摘要
具有芳杂环结构的2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)与精对苯二甲酸(PTA)结构类似,可广泛用于聚酯、聚酰胺、金属有机骨架材料、医药化学品合成、增塑剂等方面,在多个领域成为PTA理想的生物基替代品.目前,市场尚无FDCA,2,5-呋喃二甲酸二甲酯(FDME),聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二酯(PEF)的工业化产品,FDCA,PEF由于生产成本高、技术难度大,仍处于研究阶段.欧洲、北美等国家在持续推动FDCA,FDME及PEF商业化工作中保持领先,其中,PEF对CO2,O2,H2O的阻隔性能极好,将在生鲜食品包装领域有着广阔的应用前景.
Abstract
2,5-Furan dicarboxylic acid(FDCA)with aromatic heterocyclic structure is similar to purified terephthalic acid(PTA)structure,which can be widely used in polyester,polyamide,metal-organic framework materials,pharmaceutical synthesis,and plasticizers,which has become an ideal bio-based alternative to PTA in many fields.There are no FDCA,dimethyl furan-2,5-dicarboxylate(FDME)and poly(ethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate)(PEF)industrialized products in the market,FDCA and PEF are still in the developing stage due to high production costs and technical difficulties.European and American countries continue to lead in the commercialization of FDCA,FDME and PEF,among which PEF has excellent barrier performance to CO2,O2 and H2O,it will have broad application prospects in the fresh packaging industry.
