聚氯乙烯(PVC)基3D打印材料设计的核心理念是根据用途设计配方,从户外用PVC,高光洁度PVC,医用PVC,PVC 3D胶黏剂,特种性能PVC等方面综述了PVC基3D打印材料的设计及应用研究进展.应加强PVC 3D打印体系的基础研究,尤其是加强PVC基3D打印材料物理化学性质及其相互作用的研究;加强PVC基3D打印材料应用性能研究;将基础研究与应用研究紧密结合,不断改进PVC基3D打印材料的使用性能.
Abstract
The core concept of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)based 3D printing materials design is to design the formula according to the use.The design and application research progress of the materials is reviewed including outdoor PVC,high finish PVC,medical PVC,PVC 3D adhesive,and special performance PVC.The basic research of PVC 3D printing systems is focused,especially the research on physical and chemical properties of the materials and their interactions.The application performance of PVC 3D printing materials needs more concerns.The basic research and applied research should be closely combined to continuously improve the performance of PVC 3D printing materials.
