致孔剂对AA/AM/AMPS/HNTs多孔高吸水树脂吸液及保水性能的影响

摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为有机原料,埃洛石(HNTs)为无机原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,Span-60为分散剂,环己烷为分散介质与传热介质,分别以NaHCO3、丙酮、NaHCO3/丙酮为致孔剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备了AA/AM/AMPS/HNTs复合型多孔高吸水树脂,探究了致孔剂种类和用量对树脂吸液性能及保水性能的影响.结果表明:在HNTs与NaHCO3加入量分别为AA,AM,AMPS总质量的0.5%,5.0%时,高吸水树脂的吸液性能最佳,吸水率为3081.38 g/g,吸盐水率为159.58 g/g;以NaHCO3/丙酮为致孔剂得到的树脂的保水性能最佳.
Abstract
Acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)were used as organic raw materials,halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)as inorganic raw materials,ammonium persulfate as initiator,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker,Span-60 as dispersant,cyclohexane as disperse and heat-transfer medium to prepare AA/AM/AMPS/HNTs composite porous and highly absorbent resin via reversed-phase suspension polymerization with acetone,NaHCO3 and NaHCO3-acetone as porogenic agents,respectively.The effects of the type and amount of porogenic agent on liquid absorption and water retention properties of the resin were investigated.The results show that when the mass fraction of added HNTs and NaHCO3 are 0.5%and 5.0%of the total mass of AA/AM/AMPS,the resin performs best in liquid absorption,whose water absorption rate is 3081.38 g/g and brine absorption rate is 159.58 g/g.The resin with NaHCO3/acetone as the porogenic agent has the best water retention performance.
