抗菌PET复合材料的制备及性能

摘要
分别采用自制新型呋喃衍生物抗菌剂(记作DFFD-Cu)及2种市售抗菌剂[2,5-呋喃二甲酸二癸酯(DDF)、吡啶硫酮铜(PT-Cu)]与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)共混制备了抗菌PET复合材料,考察了抗菌剂种类和用量对抗菌PET复合材料力学性能、热性能、抗菌性能的影响.结果表明:DFFD-Cu的抗菌效果最好,PT-Cu次之.抗菌剂质量分数为2.0%,使用DFFD-Cu时对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到98%,PT-Cu为95%,DDF仅为90%;DFFD-Cu在满足抗菌要求的条件下对PET基体的力学性能影响较小,除抗冲击性能下降,但仍较另外2种保持率高,其他性能均提升;抗菌剂的加入能提高PET的结晶温度与结晶度,尤其是DFFD-Cu对结晶性能提升最好,结晶度从原来的18%提高到33%.
Abstract
Homemade furan-derived antibacterial agent DFFD-Cu was used with two other market available antibacterial agents 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid didecyl ester(DDF)and copper pyrithione(PT-Cu)respectively to blend with polyethylene terephthalate(PET)to prepare antibacterial PET composite materials.The effects of the type and content of antibacterial agent on mechanical,thermal,and antibacterial properties of the antibacterial PET composite materials were investigated.The results show that DFFD-Cu performs best in antibacterial effect,followed by PT-Cu.The antibacterial rate of DFFD-Cu against Staphylococcus aureus reaches 98%,PT-Cu is 95%,and DDF is only 90%when the mass fraction of the three antibacterial agents is 2.0%.The mechanical properties of PET matrix are unaffected by DFFD-Cu under the condition of meeting antibacterial requirements,the composite material still maintains a higher retention rate than the other two type of blends except a decrease in impact performance,while other properties have a positive improvement.The addition of antibacterial agents can increase the crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of PET,especially DFFD-Cu,by which the crystallinity is increased from 18%to 33%.
