摘要

以100 kt/a热塑性弹性体装置尾气处理系统为应用对象,对国内自主研发的VOCPlus型催化氧化催化剂进行了性能评价,并考察了其实际应用效果.结果表明,VOCPlus型催化氧化催化剂具有起燃温度低及高温稳定性好和水热稳定性较强的特点.在催化剂入口温度约372℃、反应温度428 ℃、非甲烷总烃质量浓度1 500 mg/m3的条件下,尾气处理系统反应器出口的非甲烷总烃质量浓度可达6.2 mg/m3,总烃去除率维持在99%以上.橡胶装置尾气处理系统至目前已稳定达标运行超过1.5 a,满足该系统对于长周期运行的要求.

Abstract

The VOCPlus type catalytic oxidation catalyst developed independently by Shanghai Donghua Environmental Engineering Co Ltd was used to evaluate the catalytic performance and in-vestigate the actual application effect,taking the tail gas treatment system of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer unit of 100 kt/a as the research ob-ject.The results showed that the VOCPlus type catalytic oxidation catalyst had the characteristics of low ignition temperature,good high-temperature sta-bility and strong hydrothermal stability.The mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons at the reactor outlet was 6.2 mg/m3 and the removal rate of non-methane hydrocarbons remained above 99%under the conditions of catalyst inlet temperature of about 372 ℃,reaction temperature of 428 ℃ and a mass concentration of non-methane hydrocarbons of 1 500 mg/m3.The system had been in stable opera-tion for more than 1.5 a,meeting the requirements for long-term operation of the exhaust gas treatment system.
