摘要

采用"一锅法",以磷酸和哌嗪为原料制备了膨胀型阻燃剂焦磷酸哌嗪,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对产物进行了表征.将自制的焦磷酸哌嗪与市场上的优质竞品进行了性能比较,结果表明其热稳定性、元素含量和白度均能达到优质品标准.将自制的焦磷酸哌嗪添加到硅橡胶中,硅橡胶的极限氧指数从22.8%增加到27.2%,阻燃等级达到Ⅴ-0级,拉伸强度增大1倍.本方法可以实现焦磷酸哌嗪的绿色制备.

Abstract

The expansive flame retardant pipe-razine pyrophosphate was synthesized via"one pot method"using phosphoric acid and piperazine as raw materials.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was employed to characterize the resulting product.The properties of self-made piperazine pyrophos-phate was compared with high-quality competitor in the market.The results revealed that self-made piperazine pyrophosphate met superior standards in terms of thermal stability,element content,and whiteness.When added into silicone rubber,self-made piperazine pyrophosphate improved signifi-cantly its limiting oxygen index from 22.8%to 27.2%,achieving a Ⅴ-0 flame retardant grade while doubling its tensile strength.This method could achieve green preparation of piperazine pyrophos-phate.
