Analysis of degree of benzene ring hydrogenation in hydrogenating styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer with proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy
The microstructure and composition of styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer and its hydrogenation product hydrogenated styrene-conju-gated diene block copolymer(HSBC)were deter-mined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,degree of benzene ring hydrogenation of HSBC was calculated and compared with the calculation result of ultraviolet spectrum.The results showed that com-pared with the ultraviolet spectrum,the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy had the advantages of simple steps,fast and efficient,and calculated de-gree of benzene ring hydrogenation of HSBC was in good agreement with the calculation results of UV method.
