Pre-post processing model of ABAQUS was developed secondarily based on Python lan-guage,and the simulation evaluation plug-in of typi-cal O-ring seal structure was formed.The results showed that based on the plug-in,geometric mode-ling,material assignment,mesh division,boundary loading,and result post-processing could be quickly performed and automatically generate Word reports,which could helped identify key design parameters that affected the sealing performance,verified design rationality,saved simulation time and greatly im-proved simulation efficiency.
