摘要

螺杆混合能力是影响聚合物挤出过程中塑化质量和均匀性的重要因素.使用Polyflow软件,采用数值模拟的方法对创新提出的场协同扭转螺杆在不同转速下的混合性能进行了模拟分析,同时以三元乙丙橡胶为原料,采用扭转挤出技术结合混合效率、平均停留时间、分布指数、炭黑分散度和粒径分布等参数对常规螺杆与场协同扭转螺杆的混合能力进行了对比实验研究.结果表明,设置有扭转元件的场协同扭转螺杆的混合效率更高、停留时间分布更长,改善了整个体系的混合效果,其中螺杆F对物料的混合效果最优;所得实验结果与模拟结果一致,证明了场协同扭转螺杆具有强化混合的特性.

Abstract

The mixing ability of the screw was an important factor affecting the plasticization quality and uniformity of polymer during extrusion.The mixing characteristics of the innovatively proposed field synergy torsion screw were numerically simu-lated and analyzed at different screw speed by em-ploying Polyflow software,and meanwhile with EPDM rubber as raw material,a comparative experi-mental study was conducted on the mixing ability of conventional screw and field synergy torsion screw by measuring parameters,such as mixing efficiency,average residence time,distribution index,carbon black dispersion and particle size distribution through torsion extrusion technology.The results showed that the mixing efficiency of the field synergy torsion screw with torsion elements was higher,the residence time distribution was longer and the mixing effect of the entire extrusion system was improved,of which screw F had the best mixing ability.The ob-tained results were consistent with the simulation re-sults,proving that the field synergy torsion screw had the characteristic of enhancing mixing.
