摘要

采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定了合成橡胶中防老剂的含量,考察了检测波长、流量、梯度洗脱条件等因素对测定结果的影响,同时也测定了该方法的重复性和加标回收率.结果表明,本方法的最佳检测波长为292nm或285nm,流量为1mUmin;防老剂在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好,计算方法为标准曲线法或单点法;本方法的重复性较好,加标回收率较高,其值均在90%~101%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%.

Abstract

The content of antioxidant in synthetic rubber was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography gradient elution method,the effects of the factors,such as detection wavelength,flow rate,gradient elution condition on the determination results were investigated,and the repeatability and spiked recovery rate of the method were also deter-mined.The results showed that the optimal detection wavelength for this method was 292 nm or 285 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL/min;antioxidants had a good linear relationship within the corresponding concentration range and the calculation method was standard curve method or single-point method;this method had good repeatability and a high spiked re-covery rate ranging from 90%to 101%,and all the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.
