Study on the Technology of Super-Soft Polyester and Polyamide 6 Composite Pre-Oriented Yarn
Super-soft polyester and polyamide 6 composite fibers are produced by polyester(PET)and poly-amide 6(PA6).The spinning and winding process of 260 dtex/72 f and 8 orange-petal shaped PET and PA6 composite fibers are studied.The results show that when the water content of PA6 chips is controlled within 6×10-5,the spinning temperature of PET is(288±1)℃,the spinning temperature of PA6 is(270±1)℃,the oil content is 0.32%,and the winding speed is 2 950 m/min,the technical indexes of PET and PA6 compos-ite fibers are excellent.
