摘要

当使用熔体直纺工艺生产44.4 dtex/72 f大有光三叶形涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)时,会出现一个比较典型的问题——毛丝多.剖析了毛丝形成机制,探讨了无风区高度、油剂质量分数、油剂型号、牵伸工艺等因素对毛丝的影响.通过调试,找出了相对合适的工艺条件.

Abstract

When the melt direct spinning process is used to produce 44.4 dtex/72 f bright trilobal-shaped polyester fully draw yarn(FDY),there will be a typical problem-too much broken filaments.The formation mechanism of the broken filaments was analyzed,and the effects of the height of windless zone,the mass fraction of spin finish,the spin finish type and the drafting process on the broken filaments were discussed.The appropriate process conditions were found out by improving.
