Regression Analysis of Yarn Breaking Time and Strength Based on Orthogonal Experimental Method
Through orthogonal experiments with three factors and three levels,using the range method and significance level analysis method,it was found that the three factors of spacing,stretching speed,and pre-tension have no obvious influence on the single yarn breaking strength,elongation at break,and breaking time.The influence of spacing and pre-tension on single yarn breaking strength,breaking elongation,and breaking time is not significant.The effect of stretching speed on single yarn breaking strength and elonga-tion at break is not significant,but has a significant impact on breaking time.Through regression analysis,there is a clear functional relationship between fracture time and fracture strength.A regression equation for breaking time and breaking strength is established,with anR2 value close to 1.This equation can accurately and effectively simulate the functional relationship between breaking time and breaking strength.Breaking time is an important characteristic value of single yarn breaking strength,and it is recommended to use it as an assessment indicator in future standard updates to provide reference for yarn users.
