摘要

在聚酯装置中,终聚减速机齿轮箱输出轴转速小于3 r/min,采用振动检查方法,很难检测出轴承故障信号,无法通过噪音和温度变化发现齿轮箱低速轴轴承故障.结合一起终聚减速机齿轮箱故障实例,通过优化状态检测方法,及时发现齿轮箱存在的严重隐患,实现设备的预知性检修.

Abstract

In the polyester plant,the rotating speed of the output shaft of the final polymerization reducer gearbox is less than 3 r/min,using vibration inspection method,it is difficult to detect the bearing fault sig-nal,and can not find the bearing fault of gearbox low-speed shaft through noise and temperature changes.Combined with a case of final polymerization reducer gearbox failure,by optimizing the state detection meth-od,the serious hidden dangers of the gear box are found in time,and the predictive maintenance of the equipment is realized.
