摘要

针对聚酯聚合装置中刮板冷凝器出现的轴封泄漏事故进行原因分析,通过刮板冷凝器的运行状况及人员操作流程的优化改进来解决聚合缩聚反应过程中产生的丝状物缠绕在刮板冷凝器刮板上面的问题.解决刮板缠丝的问题后有效避免了传动轴弯曲导致轴封泄漏问题,终聚釜刮板冷凝器密封系统的稳定运行才能保障聚合反应过程中真空系统的稳定性及聚酯熔体黏度值,同时避免刮板冷凝器轴封泄漏造成环境污染及能源浪费.

Abstract

The causes of the shaft seal leakage accident in the scraper condenser of the polyester polymeriza-tion device were analyzed,and the problem of filamentous matter wrapped on the scraper of scraper con-denser in the process of polycondensation reaction was solved by optimizing the operating condition of scraper condenser and personnel operation process.After solving the problem of scraper winding,the shaft seal leakage problem caused by the bending of the drive shaft can be effectively avoided.Only the stable op-eration of the final condenser scraper condenser sealing system can ensure the stability of the vacuum sys-tem and the viscosity value of the polyester melt during the polymerization reaction,and avoid the environ-mental pollution and energy waste caused by the shaft seal leakage of the scraper condenser.
