碳纤维复合材料蜂窝夹层零件质量控制研究

采用热压罐成型工艺方法制造碳纤维复合材料蜂窝夹层结构试验件,分别从蒙皮表面质量控制和蒙皮内部质量控制两个方面进行研究.结果表明:在试验件靠模具面选择合适表面胶膜材料可以解决蒙皮表面贫胶的问题;通过改进试验件的铺贴及固化工艺过程可以使蒙皮内部质量得到很好地控制,解决孔隙率超差及铺层褶皱的问题.研究成果为复合材料碳纤维蜂窝夹层零件的成型质量控制提供了参考.
Research on the Quality Control of Carbon Fiber Composites Honeycomb Sandwich Parts
The autoclave forming process was used to manufacture carbon fiber composites honeycomb sand-wich structure test parts,and the skin surface quality control and skin internal quality control were studied respectively.Results show that the problem of poor rubber on the skin surface can be solved by selecting suitable surface film material on the mold surface.By improving the laying and curing process of the test pieces,the inner quality of the skin can be well controlled,and the problems of excess porosity and folding of the layer can be solved.The research results provide a reference for the forming quality control of carbon fiber honeycomb sandwich parts.
