摘要

以底缘对称T形长桁和非对称T形长桁为研究对象,通过不同长桁制造工艺方法、固化参数设置以及长桁固化变形因素分析,对比各类成型方法,结合模拟仿真分析影响长桁固化变形因素,探究AC531树脂体系下长桁制造的技术难点,为T形长桁的制造工艺提供借鉴.

Abstract

The symmetric and asymmetric T-shaped stringers with bottom edges as the research objects were focused on.Through different manufacturing process methods,curing parameter settings,and analysis of curing deformation factors of long trusses,various forming methods were compared.Combined with simu-lation analysis of factors affecting curing deformation of long trusses,the technical difficulties in manufac-turing stringers under the AC531 resin system were explored,providing reference for the manufacturing pro-cess of T-shaped stringers.
