复合材料非热压罐成型及孔隙率影响研究

以平板夹层结构为研究对象,采用进口T300级非热压罐碳纤维织物预浸料,针对非热压罐碳纤维织物预浸料成型的零件孔隙率影响因素,排除固化工艺的影响,主要聚焦在铺贴和封装两个过程,从预压实参数、封装辅料布置这两大影响因素进行研究.通过设置不同的工艺参数,并对制造的平板夹层结构零件进行金相分析及孔隙率测试,获得最佳工艺参数,零件的最大孔隙率由改进前的1.81%降低为0.02%,大幅度降低零件孔隙率,从而提高零件合格率.
Studying on Porosity Effects of Out of Autoclave Process Composite
The flat sandwich structure with imported T300 grade out of autoclave carbon fiber fabric prepreg was studied.Excluding the influence of curing technology,the processes of laying and packaging to study for influencing factors of the porosity of the parts formed by out of autoclave carbon fiber fabric prepreg were focused on.By setting different process parameters,metallographic analysis and porosity test of the fabricated plate sandwich structure parts,the best process parameters were obtained.The maximum porosi-ty of the parts was reduced from 1.81%before improvement to 0.02%,which greatly reduced the porosity of the parts and thus improved the pass rate of the parts.
