微纤维对建筑地聚物砂浆的物理特性影响研究

在地聚物砂浆中加入不同质量分数(1%、2%、3%)的微纤维,并对地聚物砂浆的物理性能进行系统地试验分析.研究结果表明,微纤维的添加显著提升了砂浆的抗裂性和力学强度.进一步的微观结构分析揭示,微纤维在砂浆中形成的网络结构有效地连接了材料内部的微裂纹,从而抑制了收缩并增强了整体稳定性.此外,考虑到建筑材料的经济性,还讨论了微纤维添加对成本效益的影响,为预算有限的建筑项目提供了实用的参考.
Research on the Influence of Microfibers on the Physical Properties of Building Geopolymer Mortar
The microfibers with different mass fractions(1%,2%,3%)were added to geopolymer mortar,and the physical properties of geopolymer mortar were systematically tested and analyzed.The results indi-cate that the addition of microfibers significantly enhances the crack resistance and mechanical strength of the mortar.Specifically,the addition of microfiber with a mass fraction of 1%achieves a good balance be-tween cost and performance enhancement,particularly in terms of flexural and compressive strengths.Fur-ther microstructural analysis reveals that the network formed by microfibers within the mortar effectively bridges internal micro-cracks,thereby inhibiting shrinkage and enhancing overall stability.Additionally,considering the economic aspects of building materials,the effect of microfiber addition on cost-effective-ness was also discussed,providing practical references for budget-constrained construction projects.
