摘要

欧瑞康巴马格卷绕头ACW 1500/10-4T系列二代是开氏集团有限公司生产涤纶预取向丝(POY)的核心设备,经长期运行后,这种机型在尾丝方面存在多尾、少尾、无尾、散尾、乱尾等五种现象,其中乱尾现象特别难以解决,这严重影响了加弹工序的接尾和过尾效率.为了解决这些问题,特别是乱尾问题,仔细研究了这种机型尾丝形成的运动轨迹及形成原理,找出乱尾的成因,并经过反复观察、分析和改进,确定使用三角挡板这种简单、有效、低成本的解决方式,并解决了问题.

Abstract

The Oerlikon Barmag winder ACW 1500/10-4T series II is the core equipment for producing polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)by Kings group Co.,Ltd.There are five kinds of phenomena,such as mul-tiple tails,few tails,no tails,loose tails,and tangled tails after a long period of operation.Among them,the tangled tails are particularly difficult to solve,which seriously affects the tail joining and passing efficiency of the texturing process.In order to solve these problems,especially the tangled tails,the movement trajecto-ry and formation principle of the tails of this model are carefully studied,the causes of the tangled tails are found out.After repeated observation,analysis and improvement,the use of triangular baffles,a simple,ef-fective and low-cost solution is determined,and the problem is solved.
