聚酯装置气相热媒系统加热稳定性的改进措施及效果

针对300 kt/a四釜流程聚酯装置气相热媒系统加热稳定性不高,且影响聚酯熔体质量和纺丝稳定性的现状,分析了其原因,并对气相热媒系统实施了技术改造.结果表明:气相热媒蒸发器每12h需充油1次、脱气2~3次,改进前充油和脱气操作均采用手动控制,造成热媒蒸发器温度波动较大,气相热媒系统的加热稳定性不高;通过将手动控制充油和脱气操作改为全自动控制、提高气相热媒储罐温度并控制在200℃、稳定联苯蒸发器液位并控制在66%、稳定脱气包温度并控制在285℃、将低沸物彻底脱离出气相热媒系统,气相热媒系统的加热稳定性得到明显改善;气相热媒系统改进后,热媒温度的波动幅度从改进前的±1℃降至±0.5℃,反应釜温度的波动幅度从改进前的±0.6℃降至±0.3℃,聚酯熔体特性黏数的波动幅度从改进前的3.03%降至1.24%,纺丝过程中24h平均断头次数从改进前的86.8次减少至40.8次;气相热媒系统的改进提升了气相热媒系统的加热稳定性,提高了熔体质量的稳定性,改善了纺丝工况.
Improvement measures and effects on heating stability of gas-phase heat medium system in polyester plant
The reasons for the low heating stability of the gas-phase heat medium system in a 300 kt/a four-kettle polyester plant,which affects the quality of polyester melt and spinning stability,were analyzed.And the technical improvements were car-ried out on the gas-phase heat medium system.The results showed that the gas-phase heat medium evaporator needed to be filled with oil once and degassed 2-3 times every 12 h,the manual control for oil filling and degassing operations caused significant temperature fluctuations in the heat medium evaporator and low heating stability of the gas-phase heat medium system before the improvement;the heating stability of the gas-phase heat medium system was significantly improved by changing the manual control to fully automatic control of oil filling and degassing operations,increasing the temperature of the gas-phase heat medium storage tank to 200℃,stabilizing the liquid level of biphenyl evaporator at 66%,stabilizing the degassing bag temperature at 285℃,and completely removing the low boiling substances from the gas-phase heat medium system;the fluctuation amplitude of the heat medium temperature decreased from±1℃to±0.5℃,the fluctuation amplitude of the reaction kettle temperature decreased from±0.6℃to±0.3℃,the fluctuation amplitude of the intrinsic viscosity of polyester melt decreased from 3.03%to 1.24%,and the average number of broken ends per 24 h during the spinning process decreased from 86.8 times to 40.8 times after the gas-phase heat medium system improvement;and the improvement of gas-phase heat medium system improved the heating stabili-ty of gas-phase heat medium system and the stability of melt quality and spinning conditions.
