复合仿棉用72 dtex/72 f全消光PET POY熔体直纺工艺优化

以特性黏数为(0.650±0.020)dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,通过熔体直纺工艺生产复合仿棉用72 dtex/72 f全消光PET预取向丝(POY),研究了喷丝板及组件过滤材料、纺丝速度、冷却条件、集束位置、缓冷器温度、油嘴结构对纤维生产稳定性和性能的影响.结果表明:选择孔深为0.46 mm、孔径为0.16 mm、孔长径比为3.0的喷丝板,以金属砂作为组件过滤材料,将组件初始压力控制在17 MPa,生产稳定且组件使用周期达到45 d;控制纺丝速度2950 m/min、冷却风压力28 Pa、集束位置600 mm、缓冷器温度290℃,采用出油孔下方设计有搓衣板形态混油槽的油嘴,生产的72 dtex/72 f全消光PET POY的满卷率达到99%以上,断裂伸长率小于 120%,能满足最终仿棉PET产品的加弹工艺要求.
Direct melt spinning process optimization of 72 dtex/72 f full-dull PET POY for composite cotton-like fiber
Using polyethylene terephthalate(PET)with an intrinsic viscosity of(0.650±0.020)dL/g as raw material,a 72 dtex/72 f full-dull PET pre-oriented yarn(POY)for composite cotton-like fiber was produced through direct melt spinning process.The effects of spinneret and component filtration materials,spinning speed,quenching conditions,collection position,retarder temperature and oil nozzle structure on fiber production stability and performance were studied.The results showed that the production was stable and the service life of spinning component reached 45 d when the process conditions were as followed:a spinneret with holes of 0.46 mm in depth,0.16 mm in diameter and 3.0 in length-to-diameter ratio,metal sand as the compo-nent filtering material,initial pressure of the component 17 MPa;the 72 dtex/72 f full-dull PET POY produced had a full-pack-age rate of above 99%and an elongation at break lower than 120%,meeting the texturing process requirements of final cotton-like PET products,under the conditions of spinning speed 2950 m/min,quenching air pressure 28 Pa,collection position 600 mm,heat retarder temperature 290℃,an oil nozzle of washboard shaped oil mixing tank below oil outlet hole.
