涤纶POY底层丝退绕性能的影响因素探讨

摘要
在131 dtex/144 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)生产中,使用PPT-100 退卷张力测试仪检测POY底层丝的退绕性能指数(PPF),重点考察POY含油率、网络压力、卷绕角、摩擦辊接触压力及超喂率对POY底层丝退绕性能的影响.结果表明:随着涤纶POY含油率、网络压力的增加,POY底层丝的PPF先降低后趋于稳定;随着卷绕角的增加,POY底层丝的PPF先降低后增大;随着摩擦辊接触压力的增加,POY底层丝的PPF逐渐增大;超喂率对POY底层丝的PPF影响不大;选择POY含油率0.37%、网络压力0.08 MPa、卷绕角5.1°、摩擦辊接触压力 100 N、超喂率为 0,POY底层丝的退绕性能较好.
Abstract
In the production of 131 dtex/144 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY),the unwinding performance index(PPF)of POY bottom yarn was measured using a PPT-100 unwinding tension tester.The effects of POY oil content,interlacing pressure,winding angle,friction roller contact pressure and overfeeding rate on the unwinding performance of POY bottom yarn were em-phatically investigated.The results showed that the PPF of POY bottom yarn first decreased and then tended to be stable as the oil content and interlacing pressure of polyester POY increased;the PPF of POY bottom yarn first decreased and then increased with the increase of winding angle and gradually increased as the contact pressure of friction rollers increased;the overfeeding rate had little effect on the PPF of POY bottom yarn;and the unwinding performance of POY bottom yarn was good under the condi-tions as followed:oil content of 0.37%,interlacing pressure of 0.08 MPa,winding angle of 5.1 °,friction roller contact pres-sure of 100 N,and overfeeding rate of 0.
