钡铁氧体粉体的制备及其涂层织物的吸波性能研究

采用微波水热法合成钡铁氧体(BaFe12O19)磁性粉体,采用机械混合法将BaFe12O19 和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉体混合,以水性聚氨酯作为黏结剂,通过流延法制备BaFe12O19/PVDF复合吸波剂,将复合吸波剂涂覆在锦纶织物上制备吸波织物;研究了BaFe12O19 粉体的晶体结构、化学结构、磁性能,以及吸波织物的力学性能、疏水性能、吸波性能.结果表明:合成的 BaFe12O19 粉体的相组成和晶体结构与已知的标准BaFe12O19 相一致,具有较高的纯度,且具有良好的磁性能;随着涂层厚度的增加,吸波织物的断裂强力和断裂伸长率均呈现上升趋势,涂层厚度为3.5 mm时吸波织物的力学性能最好,断裂强力为1 734.32 N,断裂伸长率为57.36%;随着PVDF加入量的增加,吸波织物的水接触角有所增大,但均小于90°;PVDF的加入有效提高了吸波织物的吸波性能,在BaFe12O19/PVDF质量比为1.0:0.6、涂层厚度为2.5 mm时,吸波织物的有效吸收带宽最宽,达2.48 GHz,吸波性能最好.
Preparation of barium ferrite powder and wave absorption property of coated fabric thereof
Barium ferrite(BaFe12O19)magnetic powder was synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method.BaFe12O19 and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)powder were mixed by mechanical mixing method and were prepared into BaFe12O19/PVDF com-posite absorber by casting method using waterborne polyurethane as a binder,which was coated on nylon fabric to prepare absorb-ing fabric.The crystal structure,chemical structure and magnetic properties of BaFe12O19 powder,as well as the mechanical properties,hydrophobicity and absorption properties of absorbing fabrics,were studied.The results showed that the synthesized BaFe12O19 powder exhibited the phase composition and crystal structure consistent with those of the known standard BaFe12O19 and was of high purity and good magnetic properties;the breaking strength and elongation at break of the absorbing fabric showed an upward trend as the coating thickness increased,the mechanical properties of the absorbing fabric were optimized,with a break-ing strength of 1 734.32 N and an elongation at break of 57.36%,when the coating thickness was 3.5 mm;the water contact an-gle of the absorbing fabric increased,but lower than 90°,as the amount of PVDF increased;the addition of PVDF effectively im-proved the absorption property of the absorbing fabrics,the absorbing fabric had the widest effective absorption bandwidth of 2.48 GHz,indicating an optimal absorption property,when the mass ratio of BaFe12O19/PVDF was 1.0:0.6 and the coating thick-ness was 2.5 mm.
