有光异形涤纶FDY专用油剂FM-115的性能及应用研究

使用自研的涤纶专用油剂 FM-115 用于熔体直纺生产 80 dtex/36 f 有光三角形涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),探讨了FM-115 油剂的基本性能和应用效果,并与同类进口油剂F1724 进行对比.结果表明:FM-115 与F1724 油剂的基本性能相当,FM-115 油剂的油膜强度为74 kg,优于F1724 油剂;FM-115 油剂比F1724油剂具有更好的润湿性、平滑性和抗静电性,FM-115 油剂的表面张力为 29.1 mN/m,使用其生产的FDY含油率为1.0%、比电阻为10.4×108 Ω·cm;相比F1724 油剂,FM-115 油剂的可纺性及生产的FDY产品质量更好,使用FM-115 油剂生产 80 dtex/36 f有光三角形涤纶FDY时,纺丝过程中纺丝张力、拉伸张力、卷绕张力分别为15.6,31.1,20.6 cN,产品满卷率、优等品率和染色M率分别为99.21%、98.32%和99.92%,纤维断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别为4.13 cN/dtex和 31.6%.
Properties and application of finish oil FM-115 for bright profiled polyester FDY
The self-developed finish oil FM-115 for polyester fiber was used in the production of 80 dtex/36 f bright triangular polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)by melt direct spinning.The basic properties and application effects of finish oil FM-115 were discussed and compared with those of the imported finish oil F1724 of the same sort.The results showed that the basic properties of finish oils FM-115 and F1724 was equivalent,and the oil film strength of finish oil FM-115 was 74 kg,which was better than that of finish oil F1724;finish oil FM-115 had better wettability,smoothness and anti-static properties than finish oil F1724,the surface tension of finish oil FM-115 was 29.1 mN/m,and the FDY produced using finish oil FM-115 had an oil content of 1.0%and a specific resistance of 10.4×108 Ω·cm,finish oil FM-115 offered better spinnability and higher FDY product quality com-pared with finish oil F1724,the spinning tension,tensile tension and winding tension were 15.6,31.1 and 20.6 cN,respective-ly,during the spinning process,the full-package rate,top-quality rate and dyeing M rate of the product were 99.21%,98.32%and 99.92%,respectively,and the fiber breaking strength and elongation at break were 4.13 cN/dtex and 31.6%,respectively,when finish oil FM-115 was used to produce 80 dtex/36 f bright triangular polyester FDY.
