摘要

以精对苯二甲酸、1,4-丁二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲酸(CHDA)为原料,通过直接酯化法制备CHDA改性聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)共聚酯,采用差示扫描量热法对CHDA改性PBT共聚酯的结晶性能进行了研究,并采用Jeziorny方法分析了CHDA改性PBT共聚酯的非等温结晶动力学.结果表明:随着CHDA质量分数由0 提高至 20%,CHDA改性PBT共聚酯的非等温结晶活化能由180.389 kJ/mol降至 112.829 kJ/mol,降低幅度达37.45%;随着降温速率(ϕ)的增大,CHDA改性PBT共聚酯的起始结晶温度、结晶温度降低,半结晶时间减少;在相同ϕ下,随着CHDA含量的增加,CHDA改性PBT共聚酯的非等温结晶速率变慢,结晶能力降低,CHDA的加入不利于PBT的结晶.

Abstract

1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid(CHDA)-modified polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)copolyester was prepared by direct esterification using purified terephthalic acid,1,4-butanediol and 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid(CHDA)as raw mate-rials.The crystallization properties of the CHDA-modified PBT copolyester were studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of the CHDA-modified PBT was analyzed by Jeziorny method.The results showed that the non-isothermal crystallization activation energy of the CHDA modified PBT copolyester decreased from 180.389 kJ/mol to 112.829 kJ/mol with a reduction of 37.45%as the mass fraction of CHDA increased from 0 to 20%;the initial crystallization temperature and crystallization temperature of the CHDA modified PBT copolyester decreased and the semi crystallization time de-creased as the cooling rate(ϕ)increased;and the non-isothermal crystallization rate of the CHDA modified PBT copolyester slowed down and the crystallization capacity decreased with the increase of CHDA content at the sameϕ,indicating that the addi-tion of CHDA was not conducive to the crystallization of PBT.
