摘要

采用大豆油醇酸树脂为成膜剂,作为油剂抗芯吸成分的主体,配合各类添加剂,制备一种涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY)用抗芯吸油剂FM-301,并用于试纺 72 dtex/72 f涤纶DTY;探讨了油剂的基本性能、应用性能及抗芯吸性能,并与国产油剂HY-202GA进行对比.结果表明:FM-301 的基本性能略好于HY-202GA,FM-301 具有更好的抗飞溅性、润湿性和抗静电性;FM-301 与HY-202GA的应用性能差异不大,具有良好的可纺性,且生产的涤纶DTY具有良好的后道织造加工性能;使用FM-301 上油的涤纶DTY在恒温恒湿箱放置 7d后,油剂损失仅为0.7%,丝饼无黄变、发臭现象;使用HY-202GA上油的涤纶DTY放置7d后,油剂损失高达32%,丝饼出现黄变,且有轻微异味;FM-301 的抗芯吸能力远大于HY-202GA,且抗氧化、耐黄变性能更好.

Abstract

Using soybean oil alkyd resin as the film-forming agent and the main anti-wicking component of finish oil combined with various additives,an anti-wicking finish oil FM-301 for polyester drawn textured yarn(DTY)was prepared and used for the trial spinning of 72 dtex/72 f polyester DTY.The basic properties,application performance and anti-wicking performance of the finish oil were explored and compared with those of the domestic finish oil HY-202GA.The results showed that the basic proper-ties of FM-301 was slightly better than those of HY-202GA,and FM-301 had better anti-splash property,wettability and anti-static properties;FM-301,not much different from HY-202GA in the application performance,had good spinnability and contrib-uted the good post weaving processing performance to the produced polyester DTY;the oil loss was only 0.7%and the yarn cake had no yellowing or odor phenomenon after polyester DTY oiled with FM-301 was stored in a constant temperature and humidity box for 7 d;the oil loss reached as high as 32%and the yarn cake turned yellow with a slight odor after polyester DTY oiled with HY-202GA was stored for 7 d;and FM-301 provided much higher anti-wicking performance and better antioxidant properties and yellowing resistance compared with HY-202GA.
