聚集态结构对PET纤维醇解过程和产物的影响

以乙二醇(EG)作为醇解试剂、醋酸锌(Zn(AC)2)作为催化剂,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维进行醇解,研究了PET纤维的较佳醇解工艺;对不同聚集态结构的PET纤维进行表征并进行醇解实验,采用差示扫描量热仪、高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪、全数字化核磁共振波谱仪等对醇解过程及产物进行表征.结果表明:PET纤维的较佳醇解工艺为催化剂质量分数 1.0%、搅拌转速 300 r/min、反应温度 190℃、EG与PET纤维质量比 9:1;PET纤维的醇解转化率随纤维结晶度的提高而下降,而取向度对醇解率影响不大,反应过程中未醇解物主要为未醇解PET纤维、三聚体及二聚体,醇解主要产物为对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯,且不含其他杂质.
Effect of aggregate structure on alcoholysis process and products of PET fiber
The rational alcoholysis process of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fibers was studied using ethylene glycol(EG)as alcoholysis reagent and zinc acetate(Zn(AC)2)as catalyst.The PET fibers with different aggregate structures were character-ized and the alcoholysis experiments were conducted.The alcoholysis process and products were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and fully digital nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The results showed that the rational alcoholysis process of PET fibers was as followed:1.0%catalyst by mass frac-tion,stirring speed 300 r/min,reaction temperature 190℃,mass ratio of EG to PET fiber 9:1;the alcoholysis conversion rate of PET fibers decreased with the increase of the crystallinity,while the degree of orientation had little effect on the alcoholysis rate;the non alcoholysis products were mainly composed of unalcoholized PET fibers,trimers and dimers during the reaction process,and the alcoholysis product was dihydroxyethyl terephthalate without any other impurities.
