131 dtex/108 f-16头ITY复合丝一步法生产工艺探讨

采用纺丝-拉伸-合股-网络一步法生产131 dtex/108 f-16 头涤/涤复合纤维(ITY),重点探讨了组件压力、冷却风压力、纺丝速度、热定形温度、上油方式等对生产工况及ITY产品质量的影响.结果表明:通过对现有WINGS-FDY设备进行改造并调整生产工艺,采用一步法生产ITY,生产稳定,产品主要指标达到了质量控制要求;较佳生产工艺为预取向丝(POY)组分的组件压力 17 MPa、全拉伸丝(FDY)组分的组件压力15 MPa,环吹风压力 25 Pa,纺丝速度 3 800 m/min,热定形温度 115℃,POY组分在纺丝工段上油、FDY组分在卷绕工段上油,ITY中POY组分含油率比例60%、FDY组分含油率比例 40%;在较佳工艺条件下,生产的131 dtex/108 f-16 头ITY产品优等品率达98.18%,纤维断裂强度为 2.7 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为 135.2%,条干不匀率变异系数为 0.96%,含油率为0.8%,染色均匀度达 5.0 级.
Discussion on one-step production process of 131 dtex/108 f 16-end ITY
131 dtex/108 f 16-end polyester/polyester composite fibers(ITY)were produced by spinning-drawing-laminating-interlacing one-step process.The effects of spinning pack pressure,quenching pressure,spinning speed,heat setting temperature and oiling method on production conditions and ITY product quality were mainly explored.The results showed that the production was stable and the main product indicators met the quality control requirements when ITY was produced via one-step process by modifying the existing WINGS-FDY equipment and adjusting the production process;the production process was optimized as fol-lowed:spinning pack pressure of 17 MPa for pre-oriented yarn(POY)component and 15 MPa for fully drawn yarn(FDY)com-ponent,circular air blow pressure of 25 Pa,spinning speed of 3 800 m/min,heat setting temperature of 115℃,oiling POY component at spinning stage and FDY component at winding stage,POY oil content ratio of 60%and FDY oil content ratio of 40%in ITY;and the superior quality rate of 131 dtex/108 f 16-end ITY produced reached 98.18%,the fiber possessed a break-ing strength of 2.7 cN/dtex,elongation at break of 135.2%,coefficient of variation of yarn unevenness of 0.96%,oil content of 0.8%and dyeing uniformity up to 5.0 level.
